• Explain requirements in plain business language: We tell you what Assessors expect and help apply controls to your specific environment.
• Identify the CUI scope and boundary for your company: We map the CUI flow thoroughly.
• Develop the needed documentation: We create or improve policies and procedures, System Security Plans (SSP's), Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs), and other supporting documents.
• Technical Remediation: We identify the technical remediation processes. And we work with you to implement the tech stack that best fits your company.
• Evidence Collection: We collect the required evidence (artifacts) that prove compliance with each control, be they reports, screenshots, policies, and more.

• Assessment Preparation: We prepare your team for the technical and procedural tests of the Assessment. We focus on a mock audit, and then conduct the actual Level 2 Assessment with a C3PAO.
• Provide ongoing compliance management: We manage the continuous monitoring, policy updates, internal audits, and annual security checks that are required during and after Level 1 Self-Attestation and Level 2 Certification.
• Coodinate compliance with external parties: We manage the projects so that Internal IT Teams, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Cloud Providers, Third-Party Hardware and Software Vendors, Executives, Sales Teams, and Legal Teams, work well with each other.
• Leadership and Staff Education: We train executives and staff on CMMC legal requirements, security best practices, and why the CMMC and security-hardening is necessary.
